¶ … Colleagues' Responses
Response
The first essay was very descriptive of the Juvenile System, and this was great. I was happy to see that children in these institutions are not neglected, that they are provided with role models, and with coaches who can teach them how to behave well, and what to learn and how to learn it in order to become better individuals. The directive leadership idea is interesting and well presented here, especially since it can affect these teens' behaviors. The fact that the author comments on social change, such as the fact that society must "address the need for a better quality of life for the juvenile delinquent" is vital as well, because it is only thorough these means that we can effectuate societal transformations.

This essay is well written in its address of the type of behavior needed to accomplish a result. Human Services -- Discussion Responses First Response: First, thank you for your service to the nation. I really like your perspective that the most genuine way to make a so-called "diverse" society work is to just stop referring to diversity and just regard everyone as being part of the same society with all of the same rights and obligations. As should be clear from my earlier post, I fully concur with your
Human Services -- Discussion Responses First Response: I think your post provides a great illustration of important the topic of learning disability is to society, because it affects much more than just education and learning. Difficulty

With this in mind can it be asserted that a practitioner needs to understand either of the two and not both to be able to treat or counsel their clients? Culture is seen to as a proponent cause of the resulting trait in individuals. Without an understanding
Second Cycle Coding In this week's reading from the course text Qualitative Data Analysis: A Methods Sourcebook, the authors explain the process of coding data in two distinct cycles, First and Second Cycle Coding. For this Discussion, you will analyze the relationship between First and Second Level Coding. Sociology Discussion Responses Response to Post #1 Your post illustrates the extent to which effective leadership is an essential component of most change-based initiatives. Regardless of the nature of the changes at issue, achieving meaningful objectives in relation to necessary or desired changes is largely dependent on the effectiveness and commitment of leaders. I would also agree, generally, that leadership as not as dependent on or as much a function of personal
Sociology Discussion Responses Response to Post #1 I would agree completely with you that personal awareness is a crucial factor in relation to the ability of therapists and counselors to provide high-quality professional services. It is obvious that all of us are substantially the products of our external environments and experiences in life. As a result, by the time we enter the professional field, we unavoidably bring with us a personal perspective
