What are all the strange terms in the section and what are their definitions?
Phronesis is also referred to as practical wisdom. In definition, this is the capacity to make out what action to undertake at a certain point in time and at the same time also discerning what is worth being undertaken. Basically, it is the notion that one is wise regarding his or her purposes, the ends and also an apparent understanding of what ought to be done to achieve that (Notes Attached).
Pluralism is largely applied in political philosophy. In essence, this is an occurrence or structure in which two or more principles, entities, groups are able to co-exist with one another. It is the diversification that exists within a political entity, which allows the harmonious co-existence of different beliefs, ways of life and also interests (Notes Attached).
The teleology of virtue is a philosophical principle which expounds on the cause or justification of an aspect in function of its objective, purpose or end. For instance, a teleological explanation of why cars have fuel tanks on different sides is that this design helps humans to be able to be cost effective in time and resources through reducing queues. Basically, saving resources is what the having fuel tanks on different sides are for (Notes Attached: Orthodoxy and Alternatives).

In particular, communitarianism lays the significance of the community with regard to the functional aspect of political life, and more so in the examination and assessment of political entities, and also in understanding human welfare and identity. This comes about in the criticism of contemporary liberalism, which makes an attempt to safeguard and increase personal independence and the individual liberties in part through the actions of the government. It also offers criticism to liberalism, which seeks to safeguard individual liberties by having stringent restriction to governmental authority and dominance (Notes Attached).
