Cultural differences can hinder the synergy of a team and damage the efficiency of productivity within any given organization. The key is to adapt to the changing diversity within the work place. Supervisors can learn to take these obstacles and turn them into advantages with the right skill levels and tools for approaching a multicultural work environment. Embrace diversity and allow for a greater breadth of innovation to increase productivity through cultural sensitivity promoted in strong and understanding leadership.
