More specifically, the organizational layout of this strategy would consist of management representatives scheduling appropriate presentations capable of providing an introduction to mental model and mindset concepts. Ideally, by the time that actual change implementation is initiated, the individual employees should already be more receptive to considering the potential benefits of those proposed changes by virtue of the combination of the formal presentations by management and the informal supplementation by unit supervisors.
One possible challenge in implementing this particular approach is that it can be extremely difficult to overcome the momentum of pre-existing mental models and mindsets.
