Education-Higher Education Why have you chosen to pursue a graduate degree in your field? There are many reasons why I have chosen to pursue a graduate degree in my chosen field. The first reason is that I want to further my knowledge and skills so that I will be able to practice it more effectively, as well as to be able to provide better service to others.

I am always inspired to see people who have pursued a graduate degree because I can see in them a more professional person who was able to enhance their knowledge and skills in their field. Being able to gain advanced information, as well as skills proficiency, for my profession will not only allow me to perform better in my job but will also allow me to share to others the knowledge and skills that they may need.

The second reason why I am pursuing a graduate degree is because I dream of assuming higher responsibilities in my profession. Should I be given this opportunity, I wish to have the right intellectual tools so as not to let down the people who have given their trust in me, and to prove to them that I am deserving of what they have offered me. Moreover, whether I am given higher responsibilities or not, I wish to have the capability to contribute excellent performance and achievements to my chosen field.

I believe that I can achieve all these by taking a graduate degree where improvement is considered to be among the most important objectives. Finally, among my most important reasons why I am pursuing a graduate degree is because I wish to give honor to my family, especially to my parents who have done their best to provide me with education.
