Part C: Organizational Theory
There are different organizational designs that can be employed by the program. With regard to the classical bureaucratic theories, the treatment of the personnel is done with equality, and they depend on abilities and proficiency to position individuals in suitable positions. Nevertheless, they have stringent rules and policies that meet the best interest of the entity, depend on wide-ranging certification and guiding principle for work production. The Human Service Approach flourishes on collaboration, acknowledgement, and a sense of fitting. It lays emphasis on teamwork, encourages recognition for change, and provides job safety. The personnel independence, but they are heartened to pursue support and work together with a team for modifications that are unsuccessful, and think about more efficacious solutions. The Contingency Theory distinguishes that there is not one particular ideal approach and recognizes the importance of dynamic interrelation with external parties. The theory asserts that the most ideal approach of directing an entity is dependent on both internal and external factors. The Open Systems theory of empowerment lays emphasis on sustaining a level of stability and is insightful that structural fluctuations impact or are impacted by other constituents from the internal and external realm (Hardina and Montana, 2011).
Taking this into consideration, the most ideal organizational design for the program is the Open Systems theory of empowerment owing to the reason that it will facilitate fast-paced change when necessitated together with the adaptations required.
