Gates' significant organizational success, which started off as an obsession with computers, which were a rarity during the era, is equally remarkable, this being apparent in consideration of the fact that Microsoft, Gates' company, was considered one of the most aspiring in the world a short period ago.
It is apparent that, from the conversational traits of these two great organizational geniuses, I will be able to glean quite a wealth of knowledge regarding organizational functionalities.
