They also need to be able to adapt quickly to the organizational culture, have a strong desire to do their best in their jobs and be promoted, and desire to remain with the company for an effective period of time. An effective recruiting and hiring process is a critical factor in being able to find the right candidates and encourage them to apply for a position with the company. This study was initiated for the purpose of attaining a better understanding of the different aspects involved in the development of an organizational interviewing process that hires and retains the candidates who are best suited for the job and the company culture. That is, the present model of hiring for many organizations needs to be changed in a manner so that they have the ability to recruit and hire candidates who can successfully work within their strategic plan.
