Meanwhile, it is important to assess the patient's understanding by collecting their feedback through survey question. Education delays can exist based on different reasons. People with mental health illness such as depression and anxiety are less prone doing things that involve tedious effort. For example, taking surveys may be harder to do versus watching a video. These group of people may not have a motivation to take part in anything, especially answering questions, documenting information, or participating in a survey.
