1. How can I continually and deliberately reflect on my practices in light of educational research, professional decisions, and pedagogical approaches?

In my practice, I have continually interacted with children with different educational needs that are unique in their ways. Each of these students requires varying attention to ensure that they get equal opportunities as their counterparts. Equity guides my professional work as an educator and also enables me to embrace diversity. As part of professional ethics, I must understand the learners by monitoring their psychological responses and devise favorable solutions for them. Attaining this balance has not been easy. On some occasions, I have made mistakes in handling children with special needs and the learning environment I created for them. However, I am dedicated to working towards attaining the well-being of everyone. One of the ways is by embracing technology to enhance learning.

2. How can I create contexts for learning that are driven by evidence-based principles of diversity, difference, inclusion, and equity?

The primary approach is by creating a conducive environment for the child. I create a classroom culture that ensures that every child feels special and that the culture resonates with their beliefs. I have learned that each child requires personal space and enough time with me as the educator. I add up as a parent figure for the children. They can share their thoughts with other children, making them feel empowered to overcome different social and educational challenges and me. Appreciating the diversity of the children's learning needs has been one of the most encouraging milestones in making children feel part of the learning journey.

3. How can I demonstrate and apply knowledge, concepts, and strategies across domains to engage individuals and promote critical thinking and creativity?

I am keen on children's emotional responses because they directly affect learning, creativity, and critical thinking. Before embarking on the learning journey, guide children to record their emotions using Mitra and mood meters. I keep a record of these details to help understand the children even further. I also train the children in brainstorming and give them simple challenges to work on. This helps in enhancing their critical thinking skills. Collaboration with parents and guardians is also essential because it affects their emotions. I ensure that the learning environment resonates with their moods. Monitoring the moods also enables children to understand their inner self, a crucial element of critical thinking.

4. How can I demonstrate attitudes, knowledge, skills, and professional ethics that contribute to the success and well-being of all individuals?

The primary concept that I use to assess attitudes, skills, knowledge, and professional ethics is understanding the development phase of children. At each stage, they require a specific learning structure that changes with time. In earlier stages, I understand the significance of being strict on them to share their behavior. Setting those rules shows them that it happens because I love them and care about their future. As they grow, these rules are relaxed. I no longer have to make follow-ups because they have already adapted to the new environment. Mine is to align these attitudes with their skills while maintaining professional ethics. Training them the importance of integrity in education makes them develop morals and face the world with confidence.
