¶ … Judgment," a masterpiece by Michelangelo, as the name depicts is about the Day of Judgment and the concept of heaven and hell. Since Michelangelo was fascinated by human anatomy, the Last Judgment also highlights his interest in this field along with the actual theme of the work. Christ is the central figure of the fresco and is presented as a symbol that generates both fear and hope. The dead are rising to face the final judgment and the right and left arm depict the blessed and the damned respectively. The fresco was once seen as obscene and the church had some of its part repainted in order to cover what was considered vulgar and unworthy of a place in the Sistine Chapel. The second topic under consideration is Contemporary Christian music which sprang as a response to the hippie culture of 1960s. When in 1960s people moved away from religion and looked for alternative lifestyle, a movement arose to protect the old traditional values of Christianity and the music that came forth under this movement came to be known as Contemporary Christian music. It was first known as Jesus music, "The 'Jesus Movement' of the 1970s was when things really started changing and Christian music began to become an industry within itself."[

With the passage of time, it took another dimension and God became an integral part of the compositions. Basically "rock" in its style, the music became associated with the church as Wohlegemuth said, "[the] 1970s will see a marked acceptance of rock-influenced music in all levels of church music. The rock style will become more familiar to all people, its rhythmic excesses will become refined, and its earlier secular associations will be less remembered."[
The third topic is that of the Bible. The theme of Bible is Kingdom of God. It is simple and straight-forward and that's what New Testament announces as its theme at the very onset. The Bible contains many references to the power of God as seen in His kingdom and numerous stories depict God's hand in the affairs of man on earth. The Old and New Testament are considered Holy Scriptures by Christians because they tend to focus on how many needs to handle his affairs in the Kingdom of God.

When we study the three works, we notice that it was the Christian music that could express its theme in the best and most direct manner. While Bible is considered the word of God, it has been altered over the years and hence it has become more muddled and confusing than it was…
