The way the chairman of KPMG located in Netherlands rose to the occasion in 1994 and identified about 50 to 60 million dollars worth of new business opportunities is a glaring example of the fact that the success of a company can only be brought about by teamwork and not by sustaining the hegemony of one individual over the rest.
It's said that uneasy lies the head that wears the crown and I tend to agree with it. Leadership is not only a test of one's own limitations but also the ability to discover the potential possessed by the people and utilize it in a way that it enhances the future prospects of everyone involved.
