¶ … live meaningful lives by learning to know and love our Creator, ourselves, and our community. We unite ourselves in the pursuit of intellectual, moral, and spiritual excellence, and we pledge to honor the foundational Christian faith of this institution. We cherish life as a gift and sacred stewardship, and we accept the duty to nurture self-understanding, personal integrity, and authenticity in all that we do.

We commit ourselves to the ideal of charity, embracing the responsibilities of life together, offering service without expectation of return, remaining loyal amidst difficulty, and upholding the traditions of our college and university." In following my path to greatness, I know that education will allow me to build on what I already know have achieved. This school will help me further my understanding of issues that we face today, which indicates it is something that will work for me.

Furthermore, I am willing to do whatever it takes to get there because this school is a building block to success that I intend to use. Furthermore, I have seen how little this world is willing to change because this flaw lies in the hands of our government leaders. Most of the leaders have not experienced the problems that are country suffers from.

Other leaders like Aeschylus have said, "wisdom comes alone through suffering." By being accepted in this school, I hope to pass what I have learned on and make this world a more diverse place to live. On the road "to be nobody but" myself, it is unquestionably the hardest battle I could fight. However, in the process, I've accumulated a tremendous amount of valuable experience and knowledge. My diversity of experience is my biggest asset.

Because I can relate an education to concrete examples from my own past, it is the perfect time for me to join this school, which means my past can be used to prepare myself for the promises of the future. At this school, I hope to truly learn what it means to become myself. This school is the greatest chance I will ever get to make something of myself because it will help me mold my hardships into learning.
