I aim to change people's understandings of me and of others like me due to the fact that understanding of others is limited and acceptance is needed.
I feel that my strengths and weaknesses are what makes me unique and the person that I am. Since I have recognized my weaknesses, it is very clear that I need to resolve them in order to improve them and myself as a person so that I can show more professionalism.

To take this plan of action without relying on my strengths alone, I need to have the educational background to support me in my career.
