I think the two top skills to possess are probably time management and interpersonal skills. All these principles are based on using time effectively; otherwise, none of them will help managers to achieve their goals. However, the specific plan can vary significantly. Some examples of time-based strategies include the ABC analysis, Pareto analysis, The Eisenhower Method, and The POSEC method. All of these methods provide a system of organizing and prioritizing the time of the company and becoming more productive, by using one or more of these methods effectively at work, the employees should be able to spend less time doing the same amount of work.
