Microsoft Profits And Employee Empowerment Research Proposal

But the training as a human resource strategy has a wider application, in the meaning that it can easily be considered as an incentive. In today's world, where change occurs on daily basis, the human resource feels the need to constantly adjust to the new requirements. Ergo, they feel the need for training programs and this need is even more stringent in the it industry. At this point of writing the paper, one should analyze the specialized literature in order to identify how training programs can contribute to the fruitful financial outcome of an organization. To reveal an answer to these issues, one could pay attention to Employment Practices and Business Strategy, Continuous Quality Improvement: A Manufacturing Professional's Guide or Managing Human Resource. Once there is a clear understanding of the company under analysis, but also of the theoretical concepts and influences of employee empowerment and training, the paper should continue with a presentation of what has Microsoft indeed done to implement training programs and employee empowerment, and most importantly, how have these strategies contributed to their ultimate corporate success. The primary sources to gathering this information come from within the organization and materialize in the data that can be found on the organization's website, their various statements and also, the annual reports. The suggested bibliography for the secondary sources could include Information Architecture for the World Wide Web, Breaking the Mold: Women, Men and Time in the New Corporate World or the Big Tech Score.

The final part of the paper would be a restatement of the main important concepts and findings presented so far. It would not introduce any new ideas, but would simply formulate a final thesis, based on the previous research.
