This is because of the relaxed rules that the organization seems to offer in addition to the financial incentives. Google is an organization that utilizes the full potential of its staff through motivation. The engineers in the organization have at least 20% of their time to work on projects of their own interest. The employees are also entitled to free food from any cafeteria that the organization owns. Another incentive that the employees receive is free laundry, all from the organization (Tkaczyk et al. 2012). Basically, the organization tends to prefer an informal outlook in the manner of treating employees. This is probably the main reason to the informal set up in the workplace where exercise equipment and bicycles are part of the basic components in the offices.

The organization also offers employees salary raises in accordance to the output. This is the reason influencing young people to love to work in this organization. The current employees in the organization are also comfortable within their environment. Therefore, the organizational culture that an organization chooses to adopt is particularly pertinent to the operations and productivity. Considering that employees are of the utmost importance to the organization, it is imperative that they receive the highest priority. There are different ways with which the human service administrator should deal with such an organization. Since this model is currently productive, then it would be unnecessary to change it. Therefore, the best move would be to enhance it so that employees can gain more satisfaction than before.

The actions that the supervisor uses are, therefore, dependent on the response from the team. The informal nature of the organization leads to the employees being free and personal with the supervisors. This to some extent may derail the operations because it leads to a non-professional setting. Therefore, the supervisor has to ensure that there is maintenance of objectivity within the organization. This is to avoid the conflict between productivity and the personal problems that are likely to arise. It is also best that the supervisor examines the schedules of the rest of the team (Mott 2008). This helps in determining the commitments that the employees have. With this, the supervisors have the capability to fix activities that they may feel necessary.
