I have the managerial courage necessary to direct the actions of the others tactfully and directly at the same time. Overall, I think that my ability to develop a managerial vision that will be both effective and stimulating for the members of the educational institution. It is through my ability of inspiring and motivating an organization that I hope to achieve the core requirements and goals established by my position. I see my managerial vision and my drive for optimal results are my principal areas of strength that will ensure my success as an educational administrator. My previous experience is also an important qualification which ensures my ability to have an accomplished performance on the job. Another major strength that I consider crucial is my understanding of the educational system and the way in which it can be made to work effectively. I have a comprehensive perspective on education and a great respect for its goals and its importance for individual development. I can also maintain this broad vision and fix the overall purpose of my activity when I have to administer certain aspects in the life of an educational institution.

My aptitudes as a manager have been prepared and proven by the other positions and functions I have held. As an administrator, I have experience in measuring and distributing work and responsibility among the qualified staff, so as to be achieve my goals in the most effective and rapid way possible. Among my managing skills, there is also my ability to focus the result of every enterprise and to work hard for achieving it. I believe in setting goals and priorities and I never give up until I manage to accomplish my purposes. I am highly motivated and I work...

At the same time, I am an integer and righteous person, that would not pursue a purpose through devious or wrong means. The only setbacks that I take into consideration when pursuing a certain purpose are those that are in any way unrighteous, unethical or illegal.
I think that my experience as a teacher is as important for occupying the position of School Principal as my managerial training and my administrative skills. As a teacher, supervising the classroom and ensuring the learning process is optimal is as important as the general knowledge acquired by a certain person in his or her teaching field. As such, my kills as aptitudes as a good educator form an important part of my preparation. Yet another core competency that I would like to mention therefore is the fact I am a trustful person, with great ability to communicate and direct the actions of the staff that is under my supervision. The welfare of the students and their educational advancement is my main goal in my educational work. To this view, I believe in promoting and guiding effective team-working among the staff of the institution. I work well under stress conditions and I am able to relieve the pressure put on the others through a positive attitude. By maintaining an open and optimistic attitude at all times, I manage to effectively and smoothly coordinate the activity of the supervised personnel, without any forceful imposition. I am therefore prepared both to relate to and direct the people under my supervision.

Thus, I believe my skills as a good educator as well as those of a good manager recommend me for the position of School Principal and foresee my success in this position.
