Since the p-value is less than the significance level of 0.05, we reject the null hypothesis and conclude that the distribution of the adjusted property tax values is not normal.

Based on the results of the UNIVARIATE procedure, the distribution of the adjusted property tax values for the sampled residential properties in Ryder County is not normal.
