Statistical Significance

Statistical significance refers to whether an observed trend, correlation, or other relationship actually appears to exist after rigorous examination of the numbers—and not merely because a simple majority of incidences happened to appear a certain way by chance.

Research Design: Sample Population and Sampling Frame

The sample population for this study will be a group of elderly individuals who visit a senior activity center operated by the city.
