Finally, I am concerned about how to capture the techniques being taught so I can retain and review them while practicing dentistry. I can see how quickly the field is changing and how critical it will be to continually concentrate on new techniques. My focus on the areas of specialization will also need to be updated yearly; that is also becoming clear form how quickly the areas of dentistry are also changing. I'm particularly interested in the latest alloy developments are changing how crowns and teeth replacement is changing the economics of this industry. This area will be very valuable to stay current on, as the lightweight nature of these materials will be useful for patients who do not want to be burdened with heavy fillings, crowns or dentures.
