Additionally, I feel that when under the pressure of a quarterly examination, the motivation and drive for work would be replaced by anxiety. However the fact that the research is conducted quarterly, rather than annually like it is in most firms, translates into a higher managerial ability to really observe and understand the particularities and performances of each individual staff members.
