Work Distraction The purpose of this memorandum is to inform the new company wide change of policy in monitoring employees. This information is a company directive and is expected to be followed and adhered to starting on today's date.

Recent developments in technology have made our jobs and tasks easier in many aspects. The internet, mobile, communication and social media are great tools that should be taken advantage of when the situation depends. However, this way of conducting business and relying on technology has some drawbacks as well. It has been learned from the Executive Leadership Branch of this company that nearly 1.5 hours of the work day are at risk from employee distractions related to emails, online browsing and phone calls.

Management will now be responsible for monitoring all employee's emails and phone calls. This will be done not for acquiring personal information, rather to discover work-related violations and abuse of our rules. Managers and department heads will now, and until further notice, be responsible for periodically listening in on phone calls throughout the day and spot checking workers performance at their work stations.

Enforcing this new policy should be begin by informing workers of the new monitoring system and incrementally punishing offenders. Profits are at stake and wasted work hours should not be tolerated by management. Furthermore, internet browsing histories are being monitored by the IT division and any worker's browsing...

SUBJECT: New Risk Management Program

The purpose of this memorandum is to properly and uniformly inform all employees of this company to the new changes to the privacy rules relating to the company locker room.

It has come to management's attention that new risks regarding contraband and illegal items being brought onto company property have become more prominent. Past policy allowed the employees of this organization to store personal items within the locker room located in the west wing of the grounds. Employees must provide their own lock when securing these lockers. As of today all lockers will now be subject to inspection.

The list of all banned items located in the Chapter 3 of the employee handbook still are valid and management is trying to ensure their absence for the personal safety of all of this organization's employees.

Management will now be conducting locker inspections at certain times throughout the work week to ensure compliance with the banned items list.…
