Relationship Development Some Components Must Literature Review

Development

The relationship is complete at this stage and is well beyond the initial interaction stage. Meeting problems at this stage is more likely because it signifies the end of the 'honeymoon' and the focus of the partners move from the relationship to the core objectives of the business.

Maturity

Maturity stage indicates that the partners are familiar with each other to an extent of being able to anticipated wants and needs by the other partner. Similar to marriage, the partners in a business relationship should stay with each other comfortably and work in unity while understanding and accepting the parameters of the relationship. This phase needs very little investment because the relationship is well established and is said to be very profitable stage of the relationship.
