Organization culture is developed from the set of values, norms and beliefs which is exhibited in the staff behavior and management attitude towards physical and human environment of the organization. Employees are well aware of their role and responsibility in the capacity they are working and they are very much aware of the expectations that management has from them. However, these roles, responsibilities and expectations are also drafted and documented in the policy guidelines of the organization which actually forms the culture of the organization.
