Networking within the organized group refers to the collective efforts of specialized people to work towards their goals, to seize the opportunities and to minimize the threat of the challenges. Networking is often created without a specific effort in this sense, but it is essential to the final success of the team.

Networking unites the members of the group and supports their combined efforts to attain their goals. It helps team survival and success chances; it fosters the sharing and generation of new knowledge; it supports more fruitful relationships between the members in the team and it creates new capabilities and team synergies.

Nonetheless, the improved team performance is not only an end result, but a strength in itself. This feature is given by the fact that increased performances lead to positive results, which in turn stimulate the team members. Subsequently, improved performances increase the chances of team survival and success, create more knowledge, foster positive inter-group relations and create new capabilities and group synergies.
