It has been replaced with contemplation that still raises a challenge to listeners and critics, however, as well as to former band mates. Slash's lack of presence on the guitar is evident, but what is played provides a support for Axl's voice in a way that Slash's playing never really did, if it was even attempted. It is true that the collaborative spirit of the group has diminished, and this is definitely evident in the isolation and emphasis of Rose and his singing -- and lyrics, incidentally -- but the music still goes on. Ax Rose continues to listen and to incorporate changes in the rock scene as well as the growing use of international sounds, continuing his maturation and evolution as a musician and, more importantly, as a rock artist. Axl Rose has steered a more-or-less steady course (though he was lost at sea for awhile) through three decades and three eras of musical development, and has come through remarkable intact. His continued vision and leadership will no doubt continue to propel Guns N' Roses still further in to the later evolutions of rock 'n' roll. It is likely that the best days of the band are approaching twenty years olds, at this point, but there is still definitely something worth paying attention to if we stop and listen to the Guns N' Roses.

Guns 'N Roses Music Video Project I am extremely proud of the finished essay, mainly because I think that I arrived at a cogent, complete paper due to my extensive pre-planning. The first step in my process involved doing preliminary research, which mainly consisted of re-watching the video a couple of times and analyzing the images and lyrics. During my re-watch, I brainstormed some ideas I had about the content,

Gun Control Definition of the Problem (Gun Control) In America as well as other parts of the world, the role played by guns in committing violent acts, and what must be done in this regard, is a hotly debated topic. However, some facts are incontestable. Over 31,000 individuals sustained gunshot injuries in the year 2010, in America. As these victims are mostly youths, gun violence can be considered as one among the

No completely plastic gun has ever been produced, although guns with a plastic frame are popular because they weigh less. The legislation was unnecessary because, again, no problem existed. Apparently, the gun debate is not the place to look for facts. The

Rock 'N Roll Music - the Diary of Youth Rock n' roll is best described as a "hybrid of many musical styles: white country and western, black guitar blues and rhythm and blues, and both black and white gospel music." (De Curtis) Rock ' roll began in the early 1950's as a dancing music strictly for teenagers and became known in the 1960's as simply rock music. This was because rock no

I am also very confused by the author's decision to switch over to talking about the impact a Danish publication had especially because it did not relate to music and it did not deal with issues in the U.S. While the author intended to demonstrate the power of the press, he/she should have chosen an example applicable to the U.S. Moreover, the author appears to confuse a political cartoon that
