Methodology

Being that it is a study that ahs to do with change in quality of human output, there will be need to have volunteer participants and the collection of data be done through observation.

The participants will be drawn from high schools students from two different schools so that the analysis of the data is more objective. There will be a random sample of five students drawn from each grade of each school. They will be asked at the onset to indicate their sleeping and waking schedule.
