This is not the case with the so-called war upon terrorism. The abuses of this so-called 'war' have been suffered disproportionately by members of certain demographic classes: Arab-Americans, Muslims, and finally individuals with young sons and daughters in the military. These men and women volunteered to act as warriors and peacekeepers for the nation, while the nation's leaders violated the citizenry's faith and trust.
