The interrelationship between health, safety, and nutrition is thus based on premises of a healthy life style which can help prevent the apparition of certain illnesses. A person who assumes a healthy nutritional diet and is aware of the necessity of regular physical exercise while as well implementing it into daily life is more likely to benefit especially, on a long-term, from good health. In parallel, preventive safety routines, such as habitual hygiene practices contribute to the equilibrium of a person's health. Children are quite susceptible to learning traits which is why health education from an early age is effective in that it allows the former to create and maintain a stable awareness of health practices. It is well understood that physical care such as feeding is as important as providing affection and bonding, the latter constituting the prime basis for appropriate cognitive development. Furthermore, recreational activities such as playing whether indoors or outdoors should include specific safety policies and sanitation practices. Moreover, a child should be provided with regular opportunities to engage in social exchanges with other children.
Learning the habit of a healthy lifestyle, while this assumes awareness of safety measures and certain regular practices can appear overwhelming at first especially when one has not been educated or trained in this respect. However, basic knowledge has been available to people since times immemorial in regards to the benefits of a low fat diet, the importance of hygiene practices such as washing hands and fruits or/and vegetables properly, daily exercise, etc. Nevertheless, while the practice of washing hands is nothing that requires particular training or adaptation, one cannot say the same in regards to nutrition and exercising. In this respect, a proper correlation dependent on each individual's particular traits and genetic dispositions can contribute more effectively to the intention of leading a healthy life. This is to say that, while some individuals may prefer jogging or playing tennis as physical exercise, others may incline towards other physical activities. Likewise, allergies or certain illness restrictions may not allow individuals to construct a diet that most people can adhere to.
