Training on diversity would make the employees aware of some of these things and avoid disputes in the workplace. Successful training in diversity would therefore lead to a working environment where fairness and equality are prioritized. When the employees realize that their rights are respected, they would be motivated to work and their organizational loyalty would be elevated hence reducing turnover rate.
Conclusion

Employees in the organization need to be trained on some organizational aspects such as legal requirements and diversity. When the employee understand what is legally appropriate and what crosses the legal limit, accidental mistakes related to legislations would be avoided. Also training on employee growth and training on diversity would help the employees to relate with other employees and clients appropriately. Eventually, the organization would reap numerous benefits from employee training and the employees would be motivated in the workplace.
