The hero's journey -- into weight loss and into a healthier future
The journey of weight loss is a challenging one, further complicated by the fact that so many people have tried and failed to improve their diet and exercise habits before, it is easy to feel dispirited. As your exercise and nutrition coach, I will be providing practical suggestions for you to lose weight. I will also give you the opportunity to talk about the struggles and challenges you may be dealing with, as you cultivate a new relationship with food. Although I have certain suggestions that I think will be valuable in helping you lose weight, ultimately the decisions you make about your health and body will be your own. This consultation will be a way of exploring 'what works for you,' rather than imposing a specific new diet program upon you.

Whether it is a how-to essay, a descriptive essay, a cause and effect essay, or an argumentative essay, the writing will involve laying out the facts for the reader. For that reasons, expository essay titles should clearly identify the subject of the essay and give
Homiletical Outlining an Expository Sermon Introduction An expository sermon tries to illustrate, explain and give the practical application of scripture in life. It aims at helping the audience to identify the factual interpretation of scripture in their life. Such a stance is an ideal of high order. It is a reigniting of the preacher’s soul that glistens with conviction and an enthusiastic touch (Knott, 1930; Hamilton, 1992). Every writer and preacher broaching
Emotional Intelligence and Transformational Leadership There is a definite correlation between emotional intelligence and transformational leadership. Although it might be a little extreme to define that relationships as causal and imply that emotional intelligence is what begets or enables transformational leadership, it certainly enhances it. This fact is discussed at length in various passages in "Transformational leadership and emotional intelligence: A potential pathway for an increased understanding of interpersonal influence." An
The purpose of this essay is to describe the conclusion of an expository sermon. After the message has been delivered and has been received and understood by the congregation, there should be a manifestation of the subject by the Holy Spirit. In other words, there must be a way of escape and an opportunity for change. This is the moment where the Word of God literally comes alive. This is
