The first step in this process would be to interview and vet potential department head candidates. After naming candidates, said candidates would subsequently be asked to assemble cross-departmental teams aimed at helping to proliferate the ideals and procedural norms that will help the school achieve stability and, if not excellence, at least basic proficiency.
