In a short essay, please state the reasons for choosing your proposed course and institution, explaining how beneficial the study will be to your career and Ghana.  I need 500 characters only and its an application for a scholarship. The institution I applied to is university of aberdeen.

The University of Aberdeen MSc in International Human Resource Management covers areas of study specifically relevant to the international labour market that can be used to help organizations in Ghana thrive. My goal is to help my country create a more resilient labour market, one that is responsive to current and future threats like the pandemic. I am also passionate about helping organizations create the ideal structure and culture to support diversity and innovation.

2. Human resources is a complex and multidisciplinary field. When I decided to pursue a graduate degree in this field, I selected the University of Aberdeen’s MSc in International Human Resource Management because it covers coursework in quantitative data collection and analysis in addition to traditional subjects like talent management. Because my intent is to help firms in Ghana improve their human resource strategies, mastery of data analysis will help me stand apart from other candidates.
