Community mobilization

Community mobilization is one of the current critical and prevalent corrective issues in the United States of America. Community mobilization involves the creation of awareness and knowledge over the issue at hand so that people are warned on how to make a judgement over their behaviours and interactions with it. Community mobilization involves a number of steps that are directed at influencing the community to make decisions and assumptions within a given periphery of direction. Violence is a critical thing that has harmed the U.S. community in general. Measures to alleviate insecurity and violence involve reaching out to members of the society. Moreover, the measures are letting them come to the knowledge of the consequences and possibilities that are likely to happen when some people take a direction irrespective of the other (Regoli et al., 2010).

Community mobilization has been in the history of violence eradication in the United States of America and other countries in the world. The program was conceived in 1999 and was estimated to consume about $629,000. The issue is aimed at introducing a legible ground where violence is prevented from the original thoughts and intentions of individuals in the country. The program has taken considerable steps since it was formulated. Now, the program has extended on many parts of the U.S. including Georgia and California.

Impacts of the issue

Community mobilization has assisted in stopping likely crime in the country. Mobilization influences the public to be vigilant over possible cases of crime and violence exemplification. With the presence of mobilization, many crimes have been exposed and hence thwarted from happening in the society. Criminal activities take significant stages before they are executed. With mobilization encouraging members of the society to be protective and report any possible plans of crime activities, criminal activities have reduced in many states. Community mobilization has assisted in increasing knowledge and skills on crime activities among the society members.

Community mobilization is a source mechanism where personalities known to influence violence are studied in detail. Equitable mobilization has assisted members to be partial with procedures and programs that ensure equitable corrective mechanisms among those who are found guilty. In most cases, the society is made aware of the risks of involving violent behaviours in and out of public site. Legal frameworks have been spread through community mobilization structures in many societies. Currently, it is possible to have a solemn society where every member is given enough responsibility to guard for the common good. Crime activities are reported immediately they happen. Community interaction and corporation with the security elements has assisted in reducing cases of crime and letting the involved being given equitable legal judgments for their wrong doings (Roberg & Webb, 1981).

Inmate's rights and procedures affiliated or resulting from the issue

Community mobilization influences the public over knowledge of crime activities together with their respective consequences in the society. Knowledge on criminal activities together with their respective consequences is a lethal advantage brought to the public through community mobilization. Every program designed to educate the public on matters relating to security and crime activities has influenced the general perception of individuals involved in criminal activities together. Because of community participation in mobilization programs, it is possible to have equitable measures that ensure inmate protection and education from the public. Therefore, community mobilization on criminal happenings in the public has assisted in establishing a focused perception of the inmates.

Several procedural activities have come up due to community mobilization programs. Mobilization programs are coherent and affluent of the need to have peaceful coexistence and legal dominance in the society. Presence of mobilization programs has ushered in affiliated procedures that coincide with respective approaches of ending criminal and violent activities in the society. It is possible to have legal connotations that are concerned with members issuing their rights in the society. With mobilization programs tipped to explore criminal activities and prevent the public from being influenced to participate in criminal activities, it is possible to have intrinsic programs that enable these people to explore their origins and bring out immediate agitations for rights among the citizens (Farrington & Loeber, 1999).

What the government of the United States of America has known through its structures of the corporation and federal security personnel, it is possible to have solutions prevent occurrences of violent activities if equitable solutions are installed within the constitutional rights of every citizen in the country. Therefore, the state perceives that every possibility is restored with community involvement through mobilization.
Correction issue of gang violence

Community mobilization is one of the immediate correction issues of gang violence in the society. Mobilization involves the creation of awareness and structures that thwart occurrence of criminal activities in the society. The public is made to be active and vigilant in reporting any gang violence occurrence together with their possibilities in the society. As a cohesive move to stop possible gang violence in the society, mobilization measures include strategies to eradicate causes of violence among the people like drugs and drug abuse in the society. Education of the people is another strategy that can be used to eradicate cases of gang violence. Education refers to measures of creating rightful and wrongful awareness of involving in gang violence (Roberts, 2003). Education is a tool of positive influence of the society to engage in positive activities. For instance, several institutions have been established in the country in order to cater for cases of criminal and gang violence. Education is the only key to success in alleviating gang violence in the streets and societies.

Legal fragments have been established by the congress as concerns repercussions to criminal activities in the society. Laws and regulations are part of the avenues that can be used to eradicate cases of gang violence in the society. Moreover, creation of hostages like prisons and rehabilitation centres help to eradicate cases of gang violence in the society.

What is currently done to improve or mitigate the critical issue?

There are various aspects being considered in order to mitigate the critical issue of gang violence in the United States of America. The mitigation measures are directed at establishing a fundamental base of gaining reasons for gang violence, as opposed to countering violence in the world. The federal security personnel have involved several mechanisms and individuals in order to bring the entire issue of gang violence into hand. Currently, the U.S. security system is involving ideal and technological approaches in order to arrive at long-term solutions that will ensure gang violence are kept at bay at all times in the country.

Education and awareness creation through public mobilization is another facet being considered to assist in reduction of crime in the country. Education and training are targeted at the public in order to let them have a vigil attention before they report or stop any planned occurrence of crime in the country. The critical aspect of education and mobilization rests on technological approaches involved in investigation, following, and elicitation of crime scenes and plans in the country. Moreover, individual concern is sought by the federal systems concerning crime activities. Individual response is motivated in order to engage public and security personnel in alleviating gang violence in various cities of the United States of America.

Effectiveness of the impact of current solutions and its support resources

Various support resources have been put in place in order to cater for gang violence occurrence in the country. The impact of current solutions is felt throughout the country. Since the creation of mobilization mechanisms by the security personnel, cases of crime have reduced in the public oversight. This is because mobilization is a categorical aspect that reveals gang accumulations and activities without much awareness of the people. Mobilization has enabled the public to be on immediate collaboration with the security details and individuals in place. As part of measures to alleviate gang violence in the country, mobilization seeks to establish the root causes of gang violence together with their immediate results and future trends. Destruction of these trends has transformed the entire sector into a legible body that handles and thwarts every planned gang violence occurrence in the country.

Education and involvement of technological approaches has transformed human understanding of sophisticated gang violence in the country. Education is a mechanism that has worked hand in hand with the establishment of structures of understanding, judgement, and elicitation of approaches to end with violence in every sector involving human interaction as part of the necessary measures to alleviate gang violence, education over technological mechanisms and approaches are crucial to countering plans of gang violence in the country.
