The action plan should be as follows for the next year. First, initiate all changes and updates to be completed by the end of the first quarter. For the building and expansion projects, the building should be complete by the end of the second quarter with a set time line and deadlines laid out within the first month. All projects must be active and reporting by the end of the third quarter.

As with all purposes within the business, the goal is to take risks and make profit. The proposals that are selected, with the exception of the environmental updates, are for the purpose of producing profits.
