A) There are several types of leadership. The most important leadership styles are represented by the autocratic or authoritarian style, the democratic or participative style, and the charismatic style. The charismatic leadership is characterized by the fact that leaders attract followers through their personality and charm, and not through external factors or with the help of their authority. Charismatic leaders have strong communication skills, making it easy for them to develop relationships with people. This type of leaders focuses on studying the characteristics of their environment, and on the needs of group members.

Such leaders show high levels of confidence in themselves and in their subordinates. In addition to this, they are very persuasive, and have great skills in communication techniques. This type of leaders knows how to use the emotions of others in reaching the established objectives. Such leaders have great vision, and are interested in transforming the company in case. Charismatic leaders are very useful in developing products and services and in motivating their teams.
B) The charismatic leadership style uses active impression management in order to support the image of the group. Impression management is represented by active self-presentation in order to enhance the image of the person in case in the eyes of others. In other words, the person in case provides a favorable public self-image in order to determine others to develop positive impressions on that person.
