Management Plan for Staff

Staff management plan for the Olympic Park development will include management of construction staff, program staff, landscaping and public works staff. Park Staff - Construction Included in the construction staff management plan are those in the following capacities: Formation of the Olympic Park development platform, including construction of utility tunnels, ducts, service diversions, demolition, earthworks, site remediation, and new road networks comprising of structures, bridges and highways. Full Time Park Staff Full time park staff includes the following positions: (1) Park Management Team -- The park management team will be responsible for education of all staff and interactions with the public. Activities include visitor guides, visitor education and staff management planning including interviewing, hiring, employee retention, and staff decision-making.
