Many inhabitants of New York City, not to mention the rest of the United States, are not really fully aware of what Morrisania is or what it means for the historical and cultural development of the United States as a whole. The fact that such products will be sold can carry on the knowledge on Morrisania throughout the country and invite more visitors to come and personally discover the cultural riches and developments in this neighborhood.

Finally, it is also the neighborhood as a whole and around these historical sites that will need renovating and investing. Even further more than this, there are always auxiliary instruments that need to be created and that help the entire tourism marketing issue. Things such as informative boards, posters etc. will always have to be paid for and selling luxury items can be a good way to provide funds for this type of activities.
