¶ … Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) personality profile is a valuable resource used to quantify the intangible aspects of individual personality type. The results of this test can be used to develop a firm comprehension of how personality impacts a person's thoughts, behaviors, and actions, while providing leaders with a viable method through which to emphasize personality type while enhancing employee effectiveness. After taking the MBTI assessment, my results showed that I am predominately an (E)xtroverted, (S)ensing, (T)hinking and (J)udging, or ESTJ, personality type. According to the MBTI Assessment Results sheet, "above all else, ESTJs are logical & #8230; (and) as they apply their logic to people, places and things, they become objective organizers and terrific managers," and I would concur with this evaluation of my personality. My past experiences working in (insert your profession/field of study here) have consistently challenged me to employ logical thinking in order to successfully accomplish individual tasks and organizational objectives. By employing a systematic approach to organizing my work and study habits, including the construction of an efficient schedule that maximizes my productivity, I routinely use my naturally logical personality to gain advantages and capitalize on my strong suits. For instance, when I am presented with an unforeseen circumstance during my work, such as (insert brief example of obstacle you encounter in your profession/field of study), this unpredictability can sometimes throw my progress off track. The fact that I am an ESTJ personality means regularity and routine help me work to the best of my abilities, so I always try to mitigate the risk of various contingencies by anticipating possible outcomes. This aspect of my personal and professional history is aligned with the MBTI Assessment Results sheet I received, which states that ESTJs "are practical and realistic and want everything to make sense and be in order," but I am obviously aware of the need to make adjustments on the fly when circumstances warrant adaptability. Overcoming the natural urge to apply structure that is inherent to the ESTJ personality type is essential to achieving success in my post-college career, because externalities are inevitable during the course of any complex activity, and stressful situations are par for the course within nearly every profession. The Jungian personality inventories are to some degree 'Westernized' one could argue, in the sense that they were originally developed by the psychoanalyst Carl Jung, around Western archetypes of personality. The MMPI also makes use of such tests in its more extensive survey, but more flexible use of the Jung system has yielded less dogmatic career recommendation and personality type instruments. After answering a series of questions, the tester receives
Personality Tests REVISED In taking the Myers-Briggs personality test, my results indicated ENFJ, or Extraverted Intuitive Feeling Judging. One interpretation calls this type "The Teacher" for shorthand (presumably because Extraversion is required for a teacher or professor to willingly stand in front of a classroom and "perform," while the Judging component helps with grading papers). Another weblink offered to show me a list of famous people with the ENFJ type: after
Personality Test Results: The Administrator The world is filled with millions of very different people. In fact, no two people are ever truly alike. After taking a personality test, I found that

personality tests are assessment tools that require the individual to choose answers from a restricted set of response options as well as validity scales that are intended to determine the truthfulness of the answers of participants. In other words the tests offer options for answering that are intended to be unpredictable to the individual answering the questions, i.e. there are no right or wrong answers and the answer options
