Pursuing academic and professional excellence, I recently participated in the Annual Nursing Research Conference, which greatly enriched my understanding of contemporary nursing issues. The target audience for this conference included healthcare professionals, researchers, educators, and students. The event provided a unique opportunity to delve into current research, innovations, and best practices in nursing, fostering a valuable learning experience.

The current state of nursing research reveals a gap between evidence-based practices and their implementation in clinical settings (Boswell et al., 2020). This disconnection poses a significant challenge for healthcare professionals, as it impedes the delivery of optimal patient care.
