In order to experience best results with the company, the employer needs to consider the value of employees for the firm as a whole. Through being able to assess each employee and the degree to which he or she is essential for the institution, Bradley can effectively direct finances with the purpose of providing valuable employees with bonuses. In order to obtain best results from his relationship with employees, he would have to devise a job plan in order to emphasize the expectations he has from each of his employees.

All employees need to be well-acquainted with the company's goals in general and with the tools it needs to use in order to achieve them. This means that Bradley would have to produce a strategy that would instruct each person about his or her role in the company and the way that this respective role helps the institution experience progress. Finding a connection between an employee's goals and the company's goals can make it possible for the respective worker to feel that it would be in his or her interest to assist the company in providing the best services...

By making objectives clear, the manager is more likely to enable employees to have a complex understanding of the attitudes they need to take on in order for both themselves and the firm in general to be successful.
In order to achieve an annual turnover rate of 10%, it would be important for the company to have all employees well-acquainted with their roles. This way employees comprehend what the company as a whole wants from them, managers learn more about areas that they need to focus more on, and all workers in general become more enthusiastic about performing their roles efficiently -- this is largely due to the fact that they are able to observe how their involvement in the service delivery process helps the institution.

When designing roles and expectations with regard to employees, a manager also needs to consider their actual involvement in devising these respective roles and expectations. By collaborating with them in this process, the company can learn more about ways in which its activities can be improved.
