Study habits are the behaviors that an individual develops as he is learning. I prepare for exams and learn in several ways. The first habit is finding a good place to study. Finding an excellent location to study is considered one of the most crucial studying elements. I always ensure that I get a quiet place to learn and revise my exams to minimize distractions. Likewise, I confirm that I minimize distractions by turning off the WI-FI, being mindful of the phone, and studying with a friend to help me stay more focused and accountable. I also take breaks while looking to prevent tiredness and boredom. These studying strategies have been influential in the past since I have been able to cover more topics within a short time. After reading the chapter and watching the videos, I can use other strategies. I have learned that learning fast does not mean I will succeed since I may have read quickly and not understood anything. I have also been known to develop metacognition. It is the awareness I create on my understanding of a topic. I must first understand to what level I must understand a topic before reading.
