Furthermore, this leads to identifying and analyzing objectives for each employee, in order to benefit from a well established and efficient decision making process. Although there are categories of employees that do not have a direct decisional role within the organization, they play a very important role in the decision making process.

This is because they can provide useful information to decision makers that should help them select the best alternative for the situation in case. Employees must be aware of the role they play in the decision making process and the importance of their activity in relation to that of the decision makers.

The same situation applies to the problem solving process. The code is useful regarding this process because it can help clarify some of the characteristics that affect situations considered to be problems that need to be solved.

Also, one must take into consideration the dynamics of each situation, factor that affects the evolution of the situation, the parties involved, or the decision that must be taken.
Some of the most used problem solving techniques include: systems diagrams, SWOT analysis, cash flow forecasting, risk analysis, and others (Mind Tools, 2009).

Another important aspect regulated and guided by the code of ethics and strictly monitored by the related system of inquiry is represented by employees' behavior. The code of ethics refers to the behavior employees must apply within the organization, referring to relationships with other employees, superiors, with their activity and processes developed by them within the organization. The code of ethics also refers to employees' behavior in relation with outside factors.
