My responsibilities included creating product displays, organizing shelves, and assisting customers. That experience gave me valuable insight into customer service and retail operations, and it motivated me to start my own small business.
My small car detailing business started with a handful of customers and grew steadily over time, primarily through word of mouth. Each vehicle takes approximately five to six hours to service. The services I provide include cleaning the exterior and interior, shining the wheels and tires, cleaning the windows, and cleaning under the hood. The final step is polishing the car to a glass-like shine.
