The problem is ethical, and it affects the people within the organization, following its growth. The organization lack ethical principles that will guide them in decision-making, and have to cope with the apartheid regime in the state. Having social equity will integrally balance the social environment and any management decisions. Two levels of administration will have equal opportunities in decision-making and will ensure employment of competent personnel. Unified decisions will be the basis of company's operations and will cater equally in all fields. Unified principles will be the basis of company's operation of duties, without discrimination whatsoever.

Question two

All individuals under the company's operation have rights, the managing team and working staff. Everyone should adhere to duties and obligations in the business to avoid an ethical dilemma. Working staff are obliged to perform their roles in the business, and whatever they hold for or against the apartheid rule is their right. Regardless of such workers opinions, discrimination is highly prohibited in the business, and it is the responsibility of management to ensure no discrimination...

The management team should play a key role in ensuring equality in the company, and should abolish any discriminatory act that might bring down the company, either in terms of financial or attaining social workers.
Question three

There exist professional codes in the company, which prevents discrimination in recruitment and operation of the company. These ethical codes provide that a company should put, in place creeds, to guide the behavior of management and employees, to save its image to the public. Company policies are codes that govern the performance of its members. Ethical models are an example of company policies to ensure collaboration of its members. The dilemma still exist in the company, in that, the failure of the company to build the plant another company will overtake it and build a less ethical company in the region. Following deontological and utilitarian theory the company has to set the plant to avoid another company from overtaking it that would set a less ethical plant.
