It would be prudent for me to shift a larger portion of my marketing division promotional budget to digital marketing. First, social media tools provide the most reliable platforms for digital marketing activities. For example, Facebook has a great cloud of users who become the audience for the information that I would share. Besides, it provides a quick medium for passing information to many people within a short time. For instance, many users have eight social media accounts, with each user spending an average of 3 hours per day online (Jasmani & Sunarsi, 2020). In brief, social media is the best digital marketing strategy since it is also less costly and great time-saving.
Additionally, I will use content marketing which will make my marketing division more proactive while responding to the questions from users. It has three stages: the awareness stage, in which the buyer identifies their need. Subsequently, the consideration stage ensues in which my buyers would take the right course of action to satisfy the need (Sugiono et al., 2021). Finally, the buyer settles on purchasing the product in the decision-making stage.
Another strategy that I will use is email marketing. That is because it will help me connect with customers and prospects in which I will be sending them customized newsletters and offers going buy their shopping trends. Notably, more than half of consumers confess that emails greatly influence their decisions to make purchases.

The involvement of digital media marketing will predictably impact the overall promotional plan herein. That is clear from the five-fold elements of the promotion mix.
First is advertising which is a commercial media communication form. The tools include magazines, TV announcements, radio, billboards, etc. Through advertising, which is a nonpersonal promotional activity, I will be able to hit a big audience and create a broad market for the products (Becker et al., 2019). Adverting will help remind customers of a new product or make new customers altogether in the marketing system. Therefore, there will be a significant impact on the plan.
Additionally, sales promotion will impact the promotional plan. Since sales promotion involves attractive offers such as incentives and contests, the marketing division will attract more buyers to purchase the products. Also, the displays and in-store demonstrations make a great deal in the plan.
Further, public relations create a positive image, generate publicity, and encourage goodwill to improve sales. It will help generate desirable media coverage and hold and host significant events(Kaveh et al.,2020). Also, it will help me sponsor charitable campaigns. These public relations activities help build a strong and wide network of buyers hence a great impact.
There will be an excellent encounter that will lead to a great impact on the plan. Also, direct marketing and personal selling are essential. The former, a unique advertising method that directly targets a given market group, is equally impactful. I can incorporate this directly from home and encourage the audience to order products, clip a coupon or physically visit the stores (Kaveh et al., 2020).

First, it is important to design a useful website that will help host much information about my business. The website should be simple and easy to maneuver through. Additionally, software applications are essential in the strengthening of the business plan. That is because it helps make the work easier by avoiding the lengthy procedures of analog means.
Monitor effectiveness
First, I will keep a close and robust team of bloggers and digital marketers in my division. The closeness will guarantee easy monitoring and supervision. They will have their monitors to ensure that the marketing plan effectively shifts to the digital form. That is to say that every strategy, including the social media tools have its proper application in the program.
Subsequently, I will incorporate customer feedback techniques to help understand the applicability of the digital plan. It is practical to monitor the customer behavior and adjust the objectives accordingly to meet their needs(Kaveh et al.,2020).
