This will be achieved through the creation of a unified working environment which promotes and rewards personal achievements and efforts; is transparent and consistent throughout the entire organization as it is based on the same grid and principles, but an environment which is also able to retain the best employees, constituting as such for a stronger competitive position within the industry and market.
