From Rapid Strep Tests to more complex procedures like IUD Placement and Removal, I have progressed to a point where I can perform these tasks independently. My proficiency in diagnostics has also improved significantly, as evidenced by my ability to interpret Chest X-rays, Hemoglobin/Hematocrit (H/H) levels, and various laboratory/diagnostic tests.

In areas where I initially had little to no experience, such as Suturing, Staple Placement, and Joint Injection, I have actively sought out opportunities for hands-on practice and learning, resulting in a transition from needing supervision to confidently performing these procedures independently. This growth certainly shows my dedication to expanding my skill set and enhancing my clinical capabilities.
