GIVING THATNKS TO SENIOR BIBLE STUDY GROUP

Giving Thanks to Senior Bible Study Group

Dear senior bible study group, your work in the youth ministry cannot be measured. Therefore, I would like to thank you on behalf of the church for your service. The reason as to why we are grateful is because of the time you took being part of a partnership with the youth of the Bible study group. The time that you set aside to hear about the partnership is a revelation that God is working through your life in many ways than you can imagine. Although you may not yet realize that the work you do benefits the youth, know that God is working through your experience as well as your skills to reach out to the youth and encourage them. As it is written in Matt 5:16 (NIV), sharing your moments and thoughts with the youth shows that your light will be shining before the youth, and they will see your good work and glorify our Father who is in heaven. Doing the work you did shows that you are men of faith. For this reason, because I have heard of your faith in the Lord Jesus and your love toward all the saints, I do not cease to give thanks for you, remembering you in my prayers.(Eph 1:15-16 NIV).

I would like to encourage you to continue with the work you are doing owing to the fact that by taking your time to partner with the youth, you will be building the body of Christ. As a result, you will be imitating Jesus Christ when he gave teachers, shepherds, evangelists, prophets, and the apostles the mandate to prepare the saints for ministry work (Eph 4:11-12 ESV). May God bless you as you continue to share your moments of time, personal and spiritual thoughts to encourage the youth. I would like to encourage you to always trust in the Lord and not lean on your understanding and he will make your paths straight (Prov 3:5-6, ESV). In addition, I would like to encourage you to not get tired, for Gal 6:9 (NKJV) tells us not to grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart. Again, thank you for the work you are doing in youth ministry.
